Ensure the sofa set is positioned on a flat, stable surface. Uneven surfaces increase the risk of tipping, which may result in injury.
Place the sofa set in a low-traffic area to prevent accidental impact or collision, especially in spaces where children or pets are present.
Regularly inspect all joints, screws, and connectors to ensure they remain tight and secure. Loose components can lead to instability and tipping.
Avoid placing heavy or uneven loads on any part of the sofa set or table. This may cause the furniture to become unbalanced and increase the risk of tipping.

1. Before Assembly

Please note that the cushions are vacuum packed to reduce packaging waste and improve shipping efficiency. Once unpacked, allow approximately 2 hours for the cushions to fully expand and return to their intended shape. This is a normal part of the unpacking process and may vary slightly depending on room conditions.

11. Maintenance

Ensure you have read and fully understood the instruction manual and safety advice before using this product.
Regularly inspect all screws and fastenings to ensure they remain tight. Tighten any loose components immediately using the correct tools to prevent instability or damage.
Check all joints and structural connections monthly for signs of wear, corrosion, or movement, especially after periods of strong wind or heavy use.
Clean the aluminium surfaces every 4–6 weeks using a soft cloth or sponge with warm water and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth to avoid water spotting.
Avoid using abrasive cleaning tools or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the protective coating on the aluminium frame.
Where powder-coated finishes are applied, inspect them regularly for chips or scratches. Touch up minor damage with a colour-matched outdoor metal paint to prevent corrosion.
Ensure any cushions or fabric components are stored indoors or in a waterproof storage box when not in use to prevent mould, mildew, or fading due to UV exposure.
Do not allow water to pool on any flat surfaces, especially on seats or table tops, as standing water can accelerate wear and increase the risk of corrosion or discolouration.
Apply a thin layer of outdoor metal protector or wax (suitable for aluminium) twice a year to enhance weather resistance and extend the life of the frame.
During winter or prolonged periods of non-use, store the furniture in a dry, sheltered location or use a breathable outdoor furniture cover that allows air circulation while protecting from moisture and UV rays.
Avoid dragging the furniture across surfaces to prevent damage to the legs, joints, or flooring. Always lift the furniture when moving it.
Do not exceed the maximum recommended weight limit for each seating piece as specified by the manufacturer to avoid frame distortion or collapse.
Inspect after extreme weather (high winds, heavy rain, or hail) for damage, loose components, or structural weakness and repair or replace parts as necessary before further use.
Lubricate any moving or threaded parts, such as screw fixings or bolt connectors, with a silicone-based lubricant once or twice a year to prevent seizing or corrosion.
Keep the furniture on a level surface to avoid strain on frame joints and reduce the risk of tipping or uneven wear.
