Safety

Ensure you have read and fully understood the instruction manual and safety advice before using this product.

  • Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 200kg per stand; overloading may result in structural failure or collapse.
  • Ensure all locking pins, chains, and mechanical securing mechanisms are properly fastened and checked before each use.
  • Only use the trestle stands on firm, level ground to prevent tipping or collapse.
  • Avoid applying sideways pressure to the stands; do not lean ladders, boards, or heavy materials against them.
  • If lateral force cannot be avoided due to usage demands, secure or anchor the stands appropriately to a fixed structure or surface.
  • Keep hands, fingers, and clothing clear of pinch points and moving joints during setup, height adjustment, and dismantling to avoid injury.
  • Always wear suitable protective gloves when adjusting the stand height or assembling the unit.
  • Place trestle stands in positions that do not obstruct walkways or high-traffic areas to prevent tripping hazards.
  • Use high-visibility tape or markers on the base legs if the product is used in dim or low-light conditions.
  • Do not modify the structure or components in any way; use only as intended by the manufacturer.
  • Ensure any tools placed on built-in holders or trays are stable and will not fall during use; do not overload tool holder shelves.
  • Ensure the product is fully collapsed to the lowest height when not in use to prevent accidental injury or obstruction.
  • Do not allow children or untrained individuals to use or handle the trestle stands.
  • Maintain a clear working environment around the product at all times and avoid clutter that could cause instability.
  • Do not use this product for any purpose other than its intended design, such as supporting temporary work surfaces or structures under safe, controlled conditions.
