Folding the Lid

1. Step 1

Using Part 1 - Lid Panel:

Fold the sides with the curved cut-out up
Fold the short rectangular flaps in towards the base

2. Step 2

Fold the sides without the cut-out over the short rectangular flaps until the ridges insert into the slot in the base of the box

Folding the Bottom Box

1. Step 3

Using Part 2 - Bottom Base Panel:

Fold the sides of the box with the small rectangular flap up first
Fold up the sides with the divider separator panels ensuring the small rectangular flap is tucked inside this panel

2. Step 4

Using Part 3 - Divider Panel:

Fold the divider panel in half along the ridge
Fold back the short panels at both sides of the divider piece
Repeat for all divider pieces

3. Step 5

Place each divider into the bottom box

4. Step 6

Fold the cardboard divider panels along the ridge until the ridge inserts into the slot in the base of the box
Repeat with all cardboard divider panels
