1. Assembling the Base

Place the Middle Barbell Tube (No.5) on the Lower Transverse Rod (No.6) and secure it with screws.

2. Attaching the Bottom Pipes

Attach the Bottom Pipes (No.2) to both sides of the Lower Transverse Rod (No.6) and secure them with screws.

3. Securing the Supporting Tubes

Fix the two ends of the Supporting Tubes (No.4) to the Vertical Rod (No.1) and the Bottom Pipes (No.2) using screws.

4. Installing the Barbell Tubes

Attach the Barbell Tubes (No.7) to the Bottom Pipes (No.2) and secure the bracket with expansion screws.

5. Attaching the Hook

Fix the Hook (No.13) to the front end of the Adjustment Bracket (No.3).

6. Inserting and Adjusting the Adjustment Bracket

Insert the Adjustment Bracket (No.3) into the Vertical Rod (No.1) and secure it with the Pop Pin (No.14). Adjust the height as needed.
