  • Warn users that hot water may still cause scalding, even when temperature is adjusted; instruct users to test water before use.
  • Do not tamper with or modify the mixer valve or water supply setup; this may result in injury, leaks, or malfunction.
  • Push taps require moderate force to operate. Supervise or assist vulnerable users such as elderly individuals or children who may struggle to activate the taps.
  • Warn users that corners and edges of the stainless steel sink may be sharp; avoid leaning or placing weight on the sink edges to prevent injury.
  • Install anti-slip flooring or mats around the sink area to reduce the risk of slipping on splashed water.
  • Instruct all users to promptly wipe up any water spills on the floor to prevent accidents.
  • Clean and disinfect the sink, taps, and soap dispensers frequently to prevent bacterial contamination.

  • Avoid placing any heavy objects in or on the sink which could damage the structure or compromise stability.
  • Product is not suitable for use in freezing conditions or outdoor environments; ensure water lines are protected from frost damage.

1. Installing the Trough Sink

  • The left hand side of the valve is the feed for the water water, whereas the right hand side of the valve is the feed for the cold water. Insert the centre of the valve into the bottom of the tap to combine the hot and cold water.
  • Install the trough sink onto the wall using the screws provided.
  • Install the waste pipe underneath the trough sink.

2. Maintenance

  • Inspect the mixer valve every 6 months to ensure correct operation and safe water temperature blending.
  • Wipe down stainless steel surfaces daily with a soft cloth and mild detergent to maintain hygiene and finish.
  • Clean and descale taps and soap dispensers at least monthly, or more frequently in hard water areas.
  • Check all plumbing connections and seals quarterly for leaks or signs of wear, tightening or replacing components as necessary.
  • Reapply any temperature labelling or usage signage that becomes worn or illegible.
  • Perform a full functionality check of all components annually, including soap dispenser pumps, non-concussive tap springs, and temperature control valve.
