Safe Working Practice

Please read through the Safe Working Practice to ensure prevention of injury or damage to the device.

• Only use the LED surround indoors in a dry, well-ventilated environment, and keep it away from liquids, damp, or wet conditions to avoid electric shock or fire hazards.

• Do not modify, dismantle, or attempt to repair the LED surround, dimmer unit, or any electrical components yourself; always contact the manufacturer for servicing or repairs.

• Always disconnect the LED surround from its power source before cleaning, moving, or carrying out any maintenance.

• Avoid staring directly into the LEDs when the unit is powered on, even at lower brightness settings, as this may cause eye strain or discomfort.

• Use the dimming function to adjust brightness to a comfortable level for your vision and room lighting conditions.

• Adjust surrounding room lighting to reduce glare and visual fatigue during extended use.

• Take regular breaks during long play sessions to prevent eye strain or visual discomfort.

• Ensure all cables are routed neatly and kept clear of walkways to prevent tripping hazards.

• Position the power cable so that it cannot be pinched, twisted, or damaged by sharp edges, furniture, or foot traffic.

• Do not use the LED surround if the power cable, plug, dimmer control, or LED housing appears damaged; discontinue use immediately and seek manufacturer guidance.

• Mount or place the LED surround securely according to the installation instructions to prevent it from falling or shifting during play.

• Keep children and pets away from the LED surround and associated cables to avoid accidental damage or injury.

• Do not cover the LED surround or obstruct airflow around it while in use, as this may cause overheating.

• Disconnect the LED surround from its power source when not in use for extended periods.

• Dispose of the LED surround and any electrical components responsibly and in accordance with local electronic waste disposal regulations.

1. Assembly

1. Pass LED strip wire (5) end through the hole at surround component's (1) end in the direction shown in the figure 1.
2. Press stability wedges (2) into surround component's (1) end to secure it, as shown in figure 2-1 and 2-2.

1. Align the second surround component (1) in the direction shown in figure 3-1 and press it into stability wedges (2) to connect the two surround components, as shown in figure 3-2.
2. Repeat above steps to connect the four surround components end-to-end to form a circular surround, as shown in figures 3-3, 3-4, and 3-5.

1. Place clamp (4) component near the 11-point sector area of the dartboard (Figure 5-1) and rotate the knob to secure it. Install the remaining two clamp components in the same way near the 20-point and 6-point sectors of the dartboard, as shown in Figures 5-2 and 5-3.
2. Attach the attachment legs (3) slots to the clamps, as shown in Figures 6-1, 6-2, and 6-3.

Ensure you have read and fully understood the instruction manual and safety advice before using this product.
Always disconnect the LED surround from the power source before performing any cleaning or maintenance.
Gently dust the surface using a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove particles from the outer casing without scratching the polyurethane, polypropylene, or ABS plastic.
For more thorough cleaning, lightly dampen a soft cloth with clean water (no detergents or chemicals) and gently wipe the exterior. Avoid contact with any electrical components, circuit connections, or LED elements.
Never use spray cleaners, solvents, alcohol, or abrasive materials on the surround, as these may degrade the plastic, polyester, or circuit board surfaces.
Avoid applying pressure on the flexible printed circuit or LED beads during cleaning, as these components are sensitive to bending or impact.
Ensure the surround is completely dry before reconnecting to a power source.
Regularly inspect the brass and iron fittings or connectors for signs of tarnish or rust, and wipe with a dry cloth if needed.
Do not submerge any part of the LED surround in water or allow moisture to enter the electronic housing.
Store the product in a dry, dust-free environment when not in use. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of it, which may damage the LEDs or housing.
Keep the product away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent material warping or fading.
When handling, support the product evenly to prevent stress on the flexible circuit board and housing structure.
Periodically check for any buildup of dust or dirt around the LED areas and clean gently to maintain consistent brightness and prevent overheating.
