1. Step 1 - Measure the Required Length of the Pipe

  • Measure and establish the required length of the pipe needed then make a mark.
  • Using a pipe slice, cut the excess length ensuring a clean cut.

Please note:

  • Before starting, make sure the water supply is turned off.

2. Step 2 - Install the Pipes and Cover Plates

  • Put the pipe over the floor piping and then slide the cover plates over the pipes.
  • Proceed to fit the radiator valves and radiator to the floor piping.
  • Refer to their

respective instructions for guidance if needed.

3. Maintenance

  • Periodically inspect radiator collars and surrounding pipework for any signs of wear, corrosion, misalignment, or damage, and address any issues promptly.
  • Wipe down the pipe collars and visible sections of the pipes regularly using a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and dirt.
  • Avoid using abrasive cleaners or tools such as wore brushes, steel wool pads, baking soda or industrial degreasers.
