Safety Advice

Ensure you have read and fully understood the instruction manual and safety advice before using this product.

  • Assemble all components in accordance with the provided instructions, ensuring all fixings are tightened securely before use.
  • Do not use any damaged or missing parts during assembly; contact the supplier for replacements if needed.
  • Only use the loungers and table on flat, stable surfaces to prevent tipping, sliding or imbalance.
  • Always ensure the locking mechanism on the table is properly engaged before placing any items on the tabletop.
  • Do not lean, sit, or stand on the table, even when locked; it is not designed to bear human weight.
  • Avoid placing heavy or unevenly distributed loads on the glass tabletop, which could lead to breakage.
  • Inspect the glass tabletop regularly for chips, cracks or other signs of damage; do not use the table if damaged.
  • Do not strike or drop objects onto the glass surface.
  • Children must be supervised at all times when near the sun loungers or table to prevent injury from sharp corners, glass breakage, or limb entrapment.
  • Never allow children to place hands, feet or other body parts through the rattan weave or frame structure, as this may result in entrapment or injury.
  • Do not use the adjustable headrests while lying on the loungers; always rise first to make adjustments.
  • Keep hands, fingers and loose clothing clear of the moving mechanisms when adjusting the backrest to avoid pinching.
  • Ensure the adjustable backrest clicks securely into place before lying back.
  • Avoid using the product on uneven ground, steps or slopes which may increase the risk of instability or tripping.
  • Place the loungers and table away from high-traffic areas to minimise the risk of tripping or collision.
  • During use in direct sunlight, aluminium frames can become hot and may cause burns; touch surfaces cautiously and allow cooling before use.
  • For outdoor use, place the loungers in shaded areas where possible or use suitable covers to prevent overheating of metal parts.
  • Always store cushions indoors or in a dry, ventilated space when not in use to prevent mould and fabric deterioration.
  • Regularly inspect all structural elements, including the rattan weave, aluminium frame, backrest mechanism, and glass tabletop, for signs of wear, damage, or instability.
  • Clean the glass using appropriate glass-safe cleaners; do not use abrasive materials that could weaken the surface.
  • Clean rattan and frames with a soft cloth and mild detergent; avoid strong chemicals or pressure washers that could damage the structure.
  • Do not exceed the recommended weight limit of 150 kg per lounger.
  • Do not stand or jump on the loungers; they are designed for seated or reclined use only.
  • In windy conditions, remove cushions and consider storing or securing loungers and table to prevent movement or tipping.
  • Do not use the product during extreme weather conditions such as storms or heavy rain; store in a sheltered environment.
  • Ensure no flammable items such as candles, fire pits or barbecues are placed near the furniture, especially near the glass tabletop or cushions.
  • When using the waterproof UKFR cover, ensure the furniture is completely dry before covering to prevent condensation and mould.
  • Always secure the waterproof UKFR cover properly to prevent it from being blown away or causing a tripping hazard.
  • Do not use the UKFR cover near open flames or heat sources despite its fire-retardant properties; it is not fireproof.
  • Clean the waterproof UKFR cover using a damp cloth and allow it to air dry fully before storing.
  • This product is intended for domestic leisure use only; do not use in commercial or public settings unless explicitly rated for such use.

7. Maintenance

  • Clean the rattan surfaces regularly using a soft brush or cloth and warm soapy water; avoid abrasive cleaners or high-pressure hoses which may damage the weave or dislodge fibres.
  • Rinse thoroughly with clean water after washing and dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots or moisture build-up.
  • Clean the glass tabletop using a non-abrasive glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth. Ensure all spills or residues are removed promptly to prevent etching or staining.
  • Apply a small amount of lubricant to hinges and locks on the side table periodically to prevent corrosion and ensure smooth operation.
  • Inspect the aluminium frame regularly for signs of rust or corrosion (especially at joints or welds). If any corrosion is found, clean the affected area and apply an appropriate metal protector.
  • Store or cover the set using the supplied waterproof cover during extended periods of non-use or poor weather. Ensure the furniture is clean and fully dry before applying the cover to prevent mould and mildew.
  • Remove and store cushions indoors during wet or winter weather to extend their lifespan, even if the cover is in use.
  • Avoid placing hot items directly on the glass top or sitting/leaning heavily on it to prevent cracking or damage.
  • Do not drag the loungers or table when repositioning them—lift them carefully to avoid damaging the frame or flooring.
  • Check all fixings and joints every few months and tighten any loose bolts or fittings to maintain stability.
  • If any part becomes damaged or worn, discontinue use and contact the supplier for replacement components to avoid further risk of failure.
  • Always follow the manufacturer’s recommendations for cover cleaning—usually hand wash with mild detergent and air dry.
  • Store the set in a cool, dry, and ventilated place during winter if possible to prolong the product’s life.
