The T-Mech Earth Auger needs ventilation – the emissions contain carbon monoxide.\n\nDo not overwork the machine.\n\nTurn the power and motor off before changing drills, or refuelling.\n\nDo not keep the drill rotating or engine running whilst placing onto the ground after use.\n\nDo not smoke or work near flames during the use of the T-Mech Earth Auger.\n\nOnly use genuine spare parts to maintain a safe and usable T-Mech Earth Auger.\n\nDo not refuel when the engine is hot.\n\nIf damaged, do not operate the machine.\n\nDo not operate the T-Mech Earth Auger if you are drowsy or under the influence of drugs or alcohol – slow responses can cause injuries to the user.\n\nKeep the fuel mixing tank at least 3 meters away from the T-Mech Earth Auger when starting the engine.\n\nMaintain proper control of the machine at all times, distractions may cause damage to the machine and/or injury to the user. Bystanders should keep a safe distance of at least 5 meters from the machine during operation.\n\nThe T-Mech Earth Auger should be operated by a competent adult. Keep out of reach of children and do not allow children to operate the machine.\n\nDo not transport the machine when the T-Mech Earth Auger is on.\n\nTurn Engine off when moving between holes.\n\nNever touch the drill when the engine is running, or when accelerating.\n\nEngine should be turned off and cool, spark plug wire must be removed from spark plug before any repairs are attempted.\n\nEnsure the bolt and split pin is securely attached to the motor before starting the power.\n\nDo not drill close to an underground power or gas line.\n\nDo not pour water on the electrical housing or near the vents.\n\nThe auger should not rotate when the engine is idling.\n\nLoose clothing, long hair and jewellery could be caught in moving parts and cause injury. Always wear safety glasses, respirator, non-slip safety shoes, hard hat and ear defenders in appropriate conditions.\n\nAvoid getting soil into eyes - wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.\n\nKeep the T-Mech Earth Auger and accessories clean to prolong working life.\n",
