Safe Working Practice

Under 18's must be supervised when using the Ultrasonic Cleaner.
DO NOT operate if the tank is less than 2/3 full.
Ensure the power is disconnected before attempting to add or remove fluid.
Please ensure the power is turned off and the power is disconnected when not in use.
If pouring fluid away, pour away from the electrical socket on the rear and front control panel.
DO NOT let items rest on the base of the bath, always use the basket.
DO NOT place hands or fingers in the bath. Contact exposure to ultrasonic cavitation is suspected to cause living tissue and bone damage.
DO NOT use any fluids which could potentially damage the stainless steel bath e.g acids.
DO NOT use fluids exceeding 80 °C i.e boiling water.
When submerging parts ensure fluid is not displaced out of the bath.
Maximum running time for a single cycle is 45 minutes.
Always allow a rest time of 20 minutes between cleaning cycles.
NEVER drop an item onto the base of the bath.
Always clean bath after use.
NEVER change the fuse for a higher rated one.
Aqueous solvent/detergent solutions should be made up with deionised, demineralised or distilled water as calcium carbonate and other impurities in tap water can affect/reduce the cleaning properties of the solutions and produce undesirable side effects such as deposits and staining.
Volatile solvents with low boiling temperatures should not be used. The ultrasonic action can cause them to heat rapidly and the vapour is a fire risk.

3. Installation and Preparation

After unpacking, check for if there is any loose parts.
Place the machine in a dry and ventilated place to ensure that the machine is in a horizontal position.
Connect the power correctly and make sure it is securely connected.
According to the need, add the appropriate amount of cleaning fluid.

4. Cleaning

Ordinary cleaning can be washed with water. When the product is not cleaned for a long time or more dirt, please add the appropriate cleaning fluid, it can enhance the super-cleaning effect. For longer items, it can be segmented cleaning.

5. Setting Up the Ultrasonic Cleaner

Place the T-MECH Ultrasonic Cleaner on a flat, stable surface.
Ensure that the power supply is grounded.
Add the appropriate cleaning solution to the cleaning tank.
Plug in the power supply. The temperature will display the current ambient temperature, with the default temperature setting at 0°C and the default working time at 3 minutes.

6. Adjusting the Ultrasonic Working Time

Press the TIMER ▲ button once to increase the time by one minute. Hold down the button to increase the time continuously.
Press the TIMER ▾ button once to decrease the time by one minute. Hold down the button to decrease the time continuously.

7. Adjusting the Working Temperature

Press the TEMPERATURE ▲ key once to raise the temperature by 1°C. Hold down the button to continuously raise the temperature.
Press the TEMPERATURE ▾ key once to lower the temperature by 1°C. Hold down the button to continuously lower the temperature.

Note:

If the setting temperature is below the actual temperature, the operation is invalid.

When the setting temperature reaches the set temperature, the heating light turns off.

The panel displays the actual temperature when the Ultrasonic is working.

8. Starting and Stopping the Ultrasonic Cleaner

Set the required time and temperature.
Press the temperature ON/OFF switch, then press the Ultrasonic ON/OFF switch to start.
To stop the heating or ultrasonic function, press the corresponding ON/OFF switch.

9. Cleaning and Storing the Ultrasonic Cleaner

Disconnect the power from the machine.
After the liquid has cooled to below 40°C, discard the cleaning solution.
Clean the tank body and the periphery with a clean cloth.
Store the product in a cool, dry place for future use.
