2. Checking Parts

Ensure you have each part that is needed to assemble the Table-Top Pizza Oven.

3. Assembling the Door

Start by assembling the door as shown below:

1. Install the thermometer (1) on the door using the thermometer socket (2) and knob (3).
2. Next, fix the small door (6) in place as shown above, using on M5 screw (7).
3. Use two M5 stainless steel screws to fix the handle (5) to the door.

4. Attaching Handles to Feeder and Firebox

Attach the handles to the feeder and firebox using two M5 stainless steel screws for each handle.

5. Fixing the Chimney Hat

Place the chimney hat on the chimney and fix it in place with three M5 black screws.

6. Unfolding the Legs

Before assembling the parts together to finalise the oven, unfold the legs from underneath the oven body, as shown below.

7. Attaching the Feeder

Place the feeder at the back of the oven and fix it in place with four M5 stainless steel screws.

8. Completing Oven Setup

1. Insert the chimney on the designated space on top and twist it in place.
2. Insert the pizza stone and firebox inside the oven body in different ends, as shown below.
3. Close the door by using the handle to push it in place.

9. Starting a Fire

It is recommended to gradually increase the flame up to the desired temperature. During this process, maximum airflow will allow the fire to start so do not close the main door until the fire is well established.

Use taste/odour -free fire starters. Once the fire is burning consistently, add your biomass fuel of choice (dry firewood) through the feeder, a few pieces at a time.

You can start baking your pizza once the fire has settled and there is minimal smoke output. Ensure the correct temperature is reached to bake your pizza to perfection!

10. Maintenance

  • As the oven operates at very high temperatures, there is no need to clean the inside unless there is a considerable amount of soot after prolonged usage.
  • Before using the oven for the first time ensure the pizza stone has been cleaned with water and mild soap, and dried thoroughly before being placed in the oven. The inside and outside can also be cleaned with mild soap and water on a soft cloth. Do not use oven cleaning products as this could damage the product.
  • In case of soot, which may appear over time, please use mild soap and water. Ensure the oven is dried thoroughly after cleaning.
  • Always allow the oven to completely cool before cleaning it, to prevent possible burn injuries.
