Part I - Base Collar

1. Component Assembly Process

1. Position the base collar (Part I) over the centre opening of the base plate (Part A).
2. Insert the internal expander nut (Part E) into the lower section of the support stand (Part B), then attach the reducer bushing (Part C) to the top of the support stand.
3. Insert the tightening knob (Part D) into the designated side hole on Part B.
4. Place the assembled Part B into the centre opening of Part A.
5. To finish, insert the base bolt (Part F) into the bottom of Part A to lock all components securely in place.
