Follow the provided instructions to connect the tiles, edges, and corners securely. Incorrect assembly can cause shifting or unsafe conditions.
Install in areas with moderate temperature conditions. Prolonged exposure to heat above 140°F (60°C) can cause warping or cracks.
Avoid installing near direct heat sources (heaters, furnaces, etc.) to prevent material degradation.
Each tile supports a maximum static load of 3,306 pounds (1500 kg). Exceeding this limit may lead to cracks or permanent deformation. Distribute heavy loads evenly.
Avoid parking vehicles with excessively hot tires on the tiles, as this may soften the plastic and cause deformation over time.
Do not use the tiles to support jacks, ramps, or machinery that exceeds the stated weight limit or exerts uneven pressure. Always use protective mats if needed.
Keep the tiles away from open flames, welding equipment, or any heat sources that may cause melting or fires.
Do not run electrical wires beneath the tiles. Exposed wiring can create electrical hazards, including shock or fire risks.

1. Step 1

Buckled refers to a side with buckles prominent.

Unbuckled refers to a side without buckles.

To connect the sides place the buckled side underneath the edge of the unbuckled side before firmly pressing down linking the different pieces.
Clip the edges and corner together by attaching the buckled and unbuckled sides together.
Clip the attached edges and corner to the Vented Garage Floor Tile by aligning the corresponding buckled and unbuckled sides together to join the pieces.

2. Step 2

Shows how the vented garage floor tiles interlock using the buckles on each piece.

To connect the sides place the buckled side underneath the edge of the unbuckled side before firmly pressing down linking the different pieces.
Clip the Vented Garage Floor Tiles together by aligning the buckled and unbuckled sides together to join the pieces.
Repeat this process until you achieved your desired size and design.

3. Maintenance

Regular Cleaning: Sweep or vacuum debris and dirt to keep the surface clean.
Deep Cleaning: Use a mild detergent with water and a mop or soft brush. Rinse thoroughly with water and let air dry.
Spot Cleaning: For stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner and a soft scrub brush.
