1. Gather All Necessary Parts

Start by ensuring you have all the parts needed to install the kitchen basket. Refer to the item contents section to verify you have everything.

2. Select Installation Location

Choose a cabinet where you would like to install the kitchen basket. Ensure the size of the cabinet will fit the size of the basket you have purchased.

3. Measure and Mark Pilot Holes

You will need to drill pilot holes on each side of your cabinet. If you plan to install your basket as low as possible in your cabinet, it is recommended to leave a 5cm gap from the base of the cupboard to the base of the basket. Measure 26cm from the base of the cabinet to mark where the runners will be on each side. If installing two baskets, ensure to leave at least a 5cm gap between them.

4. Mark Screw Holes

Mark out four screw holes matching the holes on the runners.

5. Pre-drill Screw Holes

Pre-drill screw holes for the runners with a 3mm drill bit.

6. Install the Runners

Once the pilot holes are drilled, install the runners by drilling them in with the screws provided.

7. Place the Basket

Place the wicker basket on the runners to complete installation.

8. Repeat for Additional Baskets

If you have purchased several baskets, repeat steps 1 - 6 according to the measurements of the cabinet and baskets purchased.

9. Resolution Guide

What do I do if there are missing parts from my order?

If there appears to be any part missing from your order, contact our friendly and helpful Customer Support Team within 7 days of receipt.

What kind of tools do I need to install the baskets?

You will need a drill, for pre-drilling holes for your screws. A pencil and tape measure will be handy when working out the measurements for your baskets. A screwdriver will be needed to tighten some screws throughout the process. Always remember to be careful when handling tools such as a drill.

How do I clean or maintain the baskets?

A dry cloth can be used to clean the baskets. If there are any stubborn stains, mix one to two drops of mild dishwashing liquid in a large container of warm water. Lightly dampen a clean cloth in the soapy water, but be careful not to oversaturate the cloth, as too much water can damage the wicker. Carefully wipe down the stubborn stains with the damp cloth.

For all other issues, please contact our customer support team.
